At Trico Unlimited, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. Here’s what you need to know about our cancellation and rescheduling options:

  • Cancellations:

    • 14 Days or More: If you cancel at least 14 days before your reservation date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 4% credit card processing fee.

    • Within 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation date are non-refundable. However, you have the option to reschedule your adventure within one year of the original booking date.

  • Rescheduling:

    • 14 Days or More: Rescheduling is permitted without penalty if requested at least 14 days before your original reservation date.

    • 7 to 14 Days: Changes made between 7 and 14 days before the reservation will incur a rebooking fee of 25% of the total amount.

    • Within 7 Days: Rescheduling within 7 days of the reservation date is not allowed.

Inclement Weather and Water Temperature Policy:

Your safety and the well-being of the fish are paramount to us. If weather conditions pose a risk for outdoor activities or lead to unsafe river conditions, we will notify you 24-48 hours in advance. Should we have to cancel due to inclement weather, you have the option to reschedule within one year of the originally scheduled date or receive a 50% refund, less a processing fee of 4%. Do keep in mind that a mere light rain isn't classified as inclement weather. Weather conditions are considered inclement only when they pose a genuine safety threat or result in dangerous river circumstances.

Additionally, if water temperatures exceed 70 degrees Fahrenheit, we will not fish, as it is not healthy to put fish through the stress of being caught in such conditions. In such cases, we will provide the option to reschedule your trip within one year or receive a 50% refund, less a processing fee of 4%.
